WEEK 9: RESPECT

Just as a muscle requires regular exercise to maintain its strength and flexibility, your positive self-esteem requires specific affirmation exercises as well. Whenever you notice you are being critical and judgmental of yourself, you can make the choice to exercise positive thoughts.

MONDAY: BICEPS/TRICEPS + CARDIO
TUESDAY: QUADS/HAMSTRINGS + CARDIO
WEDNESDAY: SHOULDERS/GLUTES + CARDIO
THURSDAY: CHEST/BACK + CARDIO
FRIDAY: KICKBOXING + ABS + HIIT
SATURDAY: TOTAL BODY STRENGHT TRAINING
