FALL PREVIEW SESSION - WEEK 1
We have three weeks before the start of our Fall Session, so we put together some of our favorite workouts to keep your transformation going.
COMBO CLASS : PUSH - CARDIO
Our first week is a Push/Pull week. Today we will focus on our Push strength exercises (Quads, Chest, Shoulders and Triceps) combined with a little kickboxing and HIIT training. PUSH yourself to get the week started off right and enjoy your workout with Lori and Shauna!

Happy Thursday! We have a fun class for you today with Heidi and Chris – These two would have gone 90 minutes if I would have let them. Enjoy your combo workout with a little kickboxing, HIIT and hamstring, back, biceps focused strength training.
